Our 30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Go to your Order History page.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
